Q: I practice hot yoga on the mainland—what should I expect here? A: You will feel right at home! We teach the traditional 26-posture & 2-breathing-exercise Bikram series in a room precision-heated to 105°F with 40% humidity. It is a systematic, deeply therapeutic practice suitable for all levels. Q: Do I need to sign up in advance? A: Walk-ins are always welcome! You can also view our schedule and sign up online ahead of time to hold your spot.
Q: What should I wear and bring? A: Wear comfortable, lightweight athletic clothes. Bring a water bottle to refill. We have mats and towels ready for rent if you didn't pack yours.
